Q: What makes you have a good day at work?

A: Feeling as if I have made a difference in some way either byfinding a solution to a problem - having an idea approved by politicians and clearing away my inbox! I never leave work without spending five minutes on what has gone well, puttting any irritation or anxiety into context and being ready to step over the doorstep ready to enjoy time with family.

Q: Couldn't live without?

A: John, my partner;My favourite ink pen and beautiful stationery to write to family
and friends; My collection of CD's / MP3 player; My annual trip to Northumberland - especially Bamburgh

Q: Room 101...

A: Poor customer service; Americas desire to tell eveyone else how to live their lives; Chardonnay wine

Q: What does being a member of PPMA means to you?

A: It is a great way to meet new people - open my mind to newideas/ ways of working and contribute to shaping the future of HR in the public sector.
