The PPMA conference scoops new Managing Director of the IDeA as one of its main speakers


We are delighted to announce that Rob Whiteman the new Chief Executive of the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) will lead the Monday morning conference master class.

The master class session is entitled 'Getting the best from your workforce' and is a ‘must hear’ for any HR manager grappling with workforce transformation and employee engagement. Rob Whiteman, until his latest appointment as the new MD of the IDeA, was Chief Executive, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
